Reindeer Ornament

This reindeer ornament is just glowing with anticipation to hang on your Christmas tree. There's so much you can do with this little reindeer face.

Reindeer Ornament

To make a wooden reindeer:

Cut the ornament pattern from 1/2" plywood to make a reindeer that will hang.

Using carbon paper, transfer the lines of the pattern on to the wood. Paint with your choice of acrylic paint.

Suggestions -

Use greenry in place of the painted holly on his head.

There is lots of room for personalizing the ornament by adding a name.

A large red pompom can be added for his nose.

Dry brush a pale pink on the reindeer's cheeks.

If hanging, when finished drill a hole in the top of the head. String the wire or cord or gold embroidery floss through the hole and loop the wire.
