Pumpkin Pie Recipe - Mug or Glass Jar

No Bake Pumpkin Pie in a Mug or Glass Jar

2 cups milk
2 3.4 oz. boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 cup canned pure pumpkin
1 cup frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Graham Cracker Crust:

3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted

In a small bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add butter and mix well. Spoon about 2 level tablespoons of mixture into the bottom of each jar.

Mix milk, pudding, pumpkin, dessert topping and pumpkin pie spice together. Pour into jars on top of graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Yield: 8 8-oz. glass jars. (if you will be using mugs, I would suggest making a double recipe.)
